Main Responsibilities
To create, progress and lead the analytical cycle and research structure of analysis at the club. My main footballing duties, acting alongside the management team, are to deliver game plans through my understanding of tactics, opposition analysis and analytical workflows. This is an all-encompassing role including pre, live and post-match analysis. My time here has allowed me to work closely with the sporting director to devise and facilitate the club’s analysis framework; developing sophisticated systems for assessing team and player performance and in doing so recruited the club’s first Head of Football Data to further grow and enhance the provision. Another season of work culminating in achieving 2024/25 Sky Bet League Two Runners-up.

Main Responsibilities
Used my experience at previous clubs to build a successful analysis process at the club. I built out analysis strategies as well as sourcing the products and an intern to further grow the department. Workflows were divised to cover all aspects of performance, including pre-match, live and post-match analysis; training analysis and set piece analysis. This work culminated in being crowned 2023/24 Sky Bet League Two Champions during my tenure at the football club.

Main Responsibilities
Developed and led the training analysis cycle at the club. My main duties are to collate best practice to supplement the current pre-match process. My time here has led me to contribute further to the analysis provision, by undertaking pre and post-match responsibilities for the goalkeepers, delivering presentations through my understanding of tactics and opposition analysis. I have also maintained a strong interest academically within the field of performance analysis, publishing my first journal article titled “Assessing the Efficacy of Video Telestration in Aiding Memory Recall Among Elite Professional Football Players.”

Main Responsibilities
Led the training ground analysis for the club’s First Team, utilising elite-level products and processes to integrate training analysis into the analysis workflow. Utilising a world-class PTZ filming solution and Piero video telestration, training footage was incorporated into the post-session and pre-match cycles to inform player development and deliver game plans. My performance during the internship led to full-time employment at the Club’s Academy - tasked with innovating the current performance and recruitment analysis provisions. This was evident in introducing First Team processes such as Player Profiling to inform player development and the recruitment of players into the PDP squad.
